Wimbledon Books is an independent bookshop established in 1996 on Wimbledon Hill Road. We moved to our present location in Wimbledon Village in 2004. 

Adult Books:
We stock a wide range of new fiction and non-fiction titles covering Biography, History, Politics, Science, Business, Travel, Sport, Gardening and Cookery. In addition, we stock books on London and Wimbledon local history.

Children's Books:
We have a large children's section for all ages, from newborn to Young Adult - fiction and non-fiction - and a wide selection of beautifully-illustrated gift books and classics.

Children's Games and Toys:
We have a quality range of soft toys: Jellycat, Bunnies by the Bay, Charlie Bears, TY beanies, Paddington Bears,
Peter Rabbits and Peppa Pigs.  We also stock jigsaw puzzles, bingo and matching games.
We stock Playmobil, Airfix Original/Quickbuild, Corgi Collectables, and new for 2026 - Sluban bricks.

We stock the excellent Tonies children's audio system and have a selection of characters and accessories available.

Children's Stationery:
We stock a large range of the very collectable Legami stationery : erasable pens, pencil cases, water bottles, 
brush markers, highlighters, scented rubbers, quirky sharpeners, glue sticks and much much more..... 
We also stock Iwako - Japanese Puzzle Erasers and Faber-Castell : colouring pencils, felt-tips, paints.

Stationery:
We have an extensive choice of quality greeting cards for adults and children: fine art, humour, age and special occasion, party invitations and thank yous.
We also stock local cards and postcards of Wimbledon scenes by local artists.
We have a select range of gift wrap rolls/sheets, gift bags, tissue, ribbons,  high-quality notebooks and journals,
We also stock local artwork - scenes by local artists.

Gift Vouchers:
We sell our own Wimbledon Books Gift Vouchers, £5 and £10 - these can be used to purchase anything in the shop, and we also accept and sell National Book Tokens (these can only be used to purchase books).
